Autumn in the rain

The sculpture "Autumn in the rain" from the Shanghai exhibition is part of the series that describe autumn. In the end of the autumn days feel very slow under the thick, dark cloud carpet. The rain that fills the night hardly slows down for the grey morning. Inside the sculpture the tones of black and graphite drain down the asphalt. The Chinese saw resemblance in this sculpture to their traditional ink paintings but in a new way. The sculpture was created in Murano, Italy in co-operation with Mariano Moro and his team in spring 2017.
